New York Liberty and Brooklyn Nets Celebrate Girls Leadership and Sports Day

The Brooklyn Nets and NY Liberty hosted their Women’s Impact celebration, welcoming 40 girls from Uncommon Schools to the BSE office for an unforgettable Girls Leadership & Sports Day. This event provided the girls with the opportunity to hear from BSE women employees about their personal journeys and career experiences. The day featured a behind-the-scenes look at a Brooklyn Nets practice, followed by an exciting clinic where the girls showcased their skills. They also participated in an affirmation workshop, strengthening their self-confidence, and had the chance to connect one-on-one with members of BSE Global Women’s ERG, forging valuable mentorship relationships. This celebration of leadership, sports, and personal growth left a lasting impact, encouraging the next generation of female leaders to dream big and pursue their passions.
